Anyone with teens, having seen a teen, or have heard of this peculiar species, this should come as no surprise.

But they text message a lot.

How much? According to the Pew Center's Internet and American Life Project, about 3,330 times a month. That breaks down to 50 times a day.

That's on the low side compared to what the Nielsen Company uncovered. They found the averge 13-to-17-year-old sends and receives 100 a day.

Maybe Pew didn't count how many times kids text during dinner.

Remember the end of the 1970s show, "The Waltons?" All the family members will holler out "good night" to everyone? If that was today, first of all, they all wouldn't be at home. But if they were and doing the same thing, all you would hear would be text-messaging alarms going off like a symphony.

Adult texting is up too, but we're way behind the kids. Nielsen said its survey showed that adults ages 45 to 54 sent and received 323 texts a month. That's what, about 10 a day? That was up though 75 percent from the same time from a year ago.

The survey said 72 percent of adults text, up from 65 percent in September 2009, and 58 percent from December 2007.

Online shopping has boomed both for major retail outlets and small artisans and traders. Business-to-business and financial services on the Internet affect supply chains across entire industries.

The origins of the Internet reach back to the 1960s with both private and United States military research into robust, fault-tolerant, and distributed computer networks. The funding of a new U.S. backbone by the National Science Foundation, as well as private funding for other commercial backbones, led to worldwide participation in the development of new networking technologies, and the merger of many networks. The commercialization of what was by then an international network in the mid 1990s resulted in its popularization and incorporation into virtually every aspect of modern human life. As of 2009, an estimated quarter of Earth's population used the services of the Internet.

Queen are a British rock band formed in London in 1971, originally consisting of Freddie Mercury, (lead vocals, piano), Brian May (lead guitar, vocals), John Deacon (bass guitar), and Roger Taylor (drums, vocals). Queen's initial works were chiefly glam rock,heavy metal and progressive rock orientated; however, with time, the band has incorporated diverse and innovative styles in their music, exploring the likes of vaudeville, electronic music and funk. The band digressed from using progressive themes in their music in the mid-1970s, with more conventional and radio-friendly works bringing them greater success.

Brian May and Roger Taylor had been playing together in a band named Smile. Freddie Mercury (then known by his birth name of Farrokh, or Freddie, Bulsara) was a fan of Smile, and encouraged them to experiment with more elaborate stage and recording techniques. Mercury himself joined the band shortly thereafter, changed the name of the band to 'Queen' and adopted his familiar stage name. John Deacon was recruited prior to recording their first album. Queen enjoyed success in the UK during the early 1970s, but it was the release of Sheer Heart Attack (1974) and A Night at the Opera (1975) that gained the band international success. The latter featured "Bohemian Rhapsody", which stayed at number one in the UK charts for nine weeks. In 1991 Mercury died of bronchopneumonia, a complication of AIDS, and Deacon retired in 1997. Since then May and Taylor have infrequently performed together, including a collaboration with Paul Rodgers under the name Queen + Paul Rodgers.

The band has released a total of 18 number one albums, 18 number one singles and 10 number one DVDs, and have sold over 300 million albums worldwide,making them one of the world's best-selling music artists. They have been honoured with seven Ivor Novello awards and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001.

How can I prepare for a career in biology?

If you are interested in becoming a biologist, there are some things you can do along the way to prepare yourself.

In high school

* Biologists need a solid understanding of math, chemistry, physics, and of course biology. Taking these courses in high school will provide you with an excellent background and allow you to explore what scientists do.
* Talk to biologists. If you are interested in a health care career, visit doctors or veterinarians and ask for a moment to talk about their careers. If you are interested in outdoor work, talk to park rangers, land managers, and other professionals in your area.
* Have fun! While studies are important, remember to get out and enjoy yourself as well. Participate in any extracurricular activities of interest: a school club, a science fair, a sports team, or volunteer work. You'll learn teamwork while developing leadership and social skills, making you stand out not only as a future biologist but also as an individual.

In college

* Talk to your advisor. Your faculty advisor or guidance counselor is a great source of information for advice on classes to take, career path options, and job opportunities.
* Consider how long you want to be in school. For some biology jobs, a two-year college degree is sufficient. But most life science careers require at least a bachelor's degree and often an advanced degree, such as a master's degree. Research jobs typically require a doctorate, which may take five or six years of intense and demanding training.

Nine is a musical-romantic film directed and produced by Rob Marshall. The film is based on Arthur Kopit's book for the 1982 musical of the same name, which was itself suggested by Federico Fellini's semi-autobiographical film 8½. Maury Yeston composed the music and wrote the lyrics for the songs.

This romantic film involved a lot of famous actors who are found in very distints film genres. I really expected a spectacular movie, because the quality of the actresses, the budget of the film and the trailer however, i belived this is a really unsavory or too predictable!!
The movie in my opinion are a disaster! the quality of the actors involved isn't taken and if this thing was changed the movie can be a genial.
